With over 45 years of deep foundational expertise in home textiles, our Managing Director, Mr. R. Mani, has built an ecosystem where compromise does not exist. He dedicated his life for home textile industry. He worked tirelessly over the years to build an empire. His production expertise helps the company navigate through difficult times. His vision, leadership, and dedication continue to inspire the next generation and drive the company towards new heights of success. Mr. Mani has dedicated his life to the home textile industry, combining experience, integrity, and innovation to create quality products trusted by customers worldwide. His commitment to excellence and passion for textiles continue to shape the company's growth and success.
With over 15 years of experience, and with the help of the knowledge gained from his father and Managing Director MR. R. MANI, he is well versed in the textile field and is good in metting peoples requirements. For a new adventure, he has started spinning mill and he is mastering the field aswell. A visionary entrepreneur transforming fibers into global textile solutions with precision and passion. Mr. Harikrishnan combines a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering with a Master's Degree in Business Management, blending technical expertise with strategic leadership. By effectively applying his knowledge in manufacturing, quality, operations, and business development, he has driven growth, innovation, and sustained success in the home textile export and OE spinning industry.
Mrs. Nandhini Harikrishnan brings a unique combination of dedication, knowledge, and ambition to the home textile export industry. With a B.Sc. in Apparel and Fashion Technology and a Master’s in International Business, she blends technical expertise with global business insight. Driven by creativity, perseverance, and a commitment to quality, she aims to contribute fresh ideas and build strong international partnerships, making her transition from devoted homemaker to entrepreneur both inspiring and impactful.

Our journey began with Mr. Mani, the visionary former Managing Director of Shree Chakra Exports Collections, Karur. For nearly five decades, Mr. Mani anchored the region’s textile landscape, building a reputation for absolute reliability and unmatched craftsmanship. As market dynamics evolved, that chapter successfully closed, paving the way for a dynamic rebirth.
A New Era of Textile Excellence Today, H&N Tex bridges generations of deep industry knowledge with forward-thinking design. The legacy continues under the leadership of Mr. Mani’s son, Mr. Harikrishnan, who brings fifteen years of his own rigorous hands-on expertise to the helm. Joining him is Mrs. Nandhini Harikrishnan, driving the brand into the future as co-founder. Together, they infuses the company with fresh, innovative, and modern perspectives tailored for today’s global market.
